Step 3 - Try reinstalling Cetus GPS
Often the problems reported to Cetus GPS support are solved simply by deleting Cetus GPS from the Palm and then reinstalling it. If your Cetus GPS preferences data have been corrupted it may cause abnormal behaviour, erroneous readouts or even fatal error alerts.

If you have Waypoint Lists or Tracks on your Palm please make sure that you backup these before deleting Cetus GPS.

It is important that you use the Applications delete function (tap the house button, go to the App menu and select Delete) as most of the 3rd party file managers only deletes the application file and not the application preferences.

If reinstalling Cetus GPS did not solve your problem then please proceed to Step 4.
